We are fully committed to both the football and educational aspects of the programme because by striking the right balance between the two we can ensure that the needs of every individual student are met. The programme is about producing players but also individuals who can be a success away from the game. The nature of the programme helps to develop transferable skills that are a great back-up for those that just fall short of making it as a professional footballer.

As a player who has made it as a professional, I know how important having elite level coaching from an early age is. But it's also just as important to match that with education opportunities to ensure the lads have something to fall back on if their dream career doesn't work out. Crawley Town Performance Academy is a fantastic route for youngsters

It’s been an important year for me having trained with Crawley Town first team and achieving a professional contract. I would not have done it without ASE, I am grateful for the opportunity. I make sure I do the right things and just keep working on making myself better, whether that’s football or education and with the mentoring of ASE it has allowed me to achieve that.
