JAMIE STRONG

Academy Manager

Former Professional Footballer with Brighton & Hove Albion, Oxford United, Inverness CT and Crawley Town. Playing experience includes represent England at Youth level and Great Britain.

Various spells across the national league.

Previously held coaching roles at Brighton & Hove Albion.
 

Glenn Morris

Head of Academy Development

Crawley Town’s current number one goalkeeper, has over 400 senior appearances and will provide an exemplary level of mentoring and advice for our student athletes. He will be overseeing the potential at the academy which is important and will support our plans to further develop the academy in our drive to provide the best possible footballing and learning opportunities for every student.

KEVIN SPRIGGS

Director of Football 

Playing career made over 200 appearances for Dartford FC. Also played for Erith & Belvedere FC and Chatham Town before becoming Assistant Manager with other playing spells at VCD and Erith Town.

PAUL PIDGEON

Performance Manager

Paul is a highly skilled S&C coach and Personal Trainer.

 

He is also a Maximuscle brand ambassador, athlete and fitness model who supports our academy athletes with his extensive knowledge and training methods.

HUS

Head of Medical Services

Hus has a degree in BSc Sports Therapy (Hons) degree and has 12 years of experience across the football league pyramid with Tamworth FC, Barnet, Charlton Athletic and Dover Athletic working with professional and elite athletes combining a multi-faceted approach to all players including sports massage, soft-tissue manipulation, functional training and strength and conditioning work.

GEORGE ASHBY

Academy Lead Physio

George is a graduate Sports Therapist with a first class degree in Sports Therapy BSc(Hons) and has National League experience as a Sports Therapist working in football with Dover Athletic FC and Crawley London Performance Academy.
